Shipping Policy
Zoetek Medical ships equipment and parts throughout our service territory. Shipping methods and timeframes vary depending on the size and weight of the order.
- •Standard Shipping: Most orders ship within 3-5 business days via UPS or FedEx.
- •Freight Shipping: Large equipment items may require freight delivery. We will coordinate delivery scheduling with you.
- •Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for urgent needs. Contact us for pricing.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
- •Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
- •A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
- •Restocking fees may apply to certain items. Custom-ordered items may not be returnable.
